Released almost two decades ago, Diablo 2 reshaped how an action RPG should be done. It was so successful in its genre that all modern games of the same really owe debt to it.
With a fantastic storyline and deep lore it can easily be played over and over again – I should know, I still play it now, along with many others. In fact, the Battle.Net servers from Blizzard are still active and there are talks of a remastered edition coming (TAKE MY MONEY, DAMMIT!)
Whilst, the single player mode is absolute fun, its multiplayer option that really makes this game shine. Yes, the graphics are dated, but they still hold up pretty well and with a gameplay almost unmatched even today, who cares? Dive in and have some fun!
