Dolphin

Dolphin is a Wii and Gamecube emulator. It has been ported to libretro and an alpha version of the core is available now for Windows and Linux! Version for macOS will be released at a later date.

Mac users can now use hakchi2 to add more games, play different consoles, and much more on their Classic. This tutorial will guide you step-by-step on how to install a free Windows VM to your Mac and set it up so you can begin hacking. This tutorial is the same and works for both the SNES Classic Mini and NES Classic Mini.

• Hakchi is a modification for the Nintendo Classic and Sega Mini systems that gives you the ability to add additional games and content to your system. Hakchi was created by madmonkey and has received contributions from numerous contributors.
• Just install framework net 3.5 SP1 and you are all set. I just run hakchi on my Mac now and it works but haven't test it just yet. Copy link Hammid commented Oct 8, 2017. IOS ≠ macOS, but yeah! Wineskin or Parallels Desktop/VirtualBox do the trick.

It uses the original data files in order to work. What is nice about this one is that it has some very fancy graphics effects that it adds on top of the old game engine without it resulting in any stylistic clashes.
